hey i know this is an old thread but …. i did not have my gamma setting turned up properly in the video section. this caused me to not see the stairway in the abbey leading up to brother neil. once i turned the gamma up to it’s proper level i was able to see the stairway. a player who was standing around helped me or i would have stayed stuck. take it easy.

Unless the NPC (None Player Character) has move since resent patches, brother Neal’s is inside the Abby at the top floor at position 49,41 (I must have missed the coords, edited the post so it now shows)
