Quest Objectives:
Kill 10 Syndicate Rogues and 10 Syndicate Watchmen. Return to High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill for your reward.
Quest Description:
By the authority of Lady Sylvanas, all members of the organization known as the Syndicate are wanted dead. Those brought into custody or taken prisoner will be summarily executed. They are currently known to be amassing in the ruins of Durnholde Keep, to the southeast of Tarren Mill.
A handsome reward is offered to all who bring proof of their deeds to High Executor Darthalia.

WOW Quest guide:
Follow the path west until you reach T junction (55 19) Go down the south junction until you reach a junction (57 36) follow the path south east from there. Keep going past the bridge until you get within sight of a tower (66 43) the syndicate are around this area
The rogues are a lvl (21-22) so as long as you are a lvl 22 you should be able to kill these easily. If less then a lvl 20 try to pull them in 1 by 1, possibly even waiting for certain syndicate rogues to respawn, so you can keep picking off the ones at the outer edge.
The syndicate watchmen (lvl 21-22) are inside the tower, so be prepared to have more than one attacking, though if you are a lvl 22+ this should be no problem.
The syndicate mages (lvl 21-22) in the area can be a problem since they are long ranged and hard to pull, so may attract more attention from wandering syndicate.
Then wait about ten minutes, then repeat to get the full kill count.
Then go talk with high executor darthalia (62 20) to finish the quest
